Our large meeting room is the biggest program space we have and the only one with an attached kitchen. Programs in this room either anticipate a large crowd, or need a lot of space for the activity. The large meeting room is furnished with non-folding plastic chairs without padding and tables that can be rolled out of the way when needed. There is ample lighting between the large windows and dimmable led light fixtures.
The large meeting room is located on the top floor of the library. Once you decide how you prefer to reach the top floor, use the following directions to find the room.
Directions using the elevator:
The elevator is located to the right after entering the main doors. Once inside the elevator, press the button for floor 2. The large meeting room is the first door on the right after exiting the elevator.
**Note: When exiting after the program, you will need to select the button for floor 1R to get back to the main entrance doors.
Directions using the stairs:
After entering the main doors use the steps directly in front of you to get to the “main floor”. Then continue to the next flight of steps to make your way up to the top floor. Once you have run out of steps, you’ll turn left and the door will be directly in front of you.
If you would like to reserve this room for private use, please visit this page for details.
If you have any questions concerning this room, please contact us.
