Looking for a space to meet?
The Lebanon Public Library has 3 meeting rooms that can be reserved for meetings, parties, and more! Meeting rooms can only be reserved up to 90 days in advance.
- Crawford Room (Large) — fits 75
- Martin Room (Medium) — fits 30
- Falke Room (Small) — fits 10
What’s New?
- Must be 18 or older to reserve.
- Nonprofits and government groups are FREE.
- Only use painters tape.
- Must include set-up and tear down time when booking.
**Please pay the booking fee at the main desk to secure your reservation.

Request A Meeting Room
To request a meeting room reservation, please fill out the form below. Meeting rooms can only be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Library staff will contact you to confirm your reservation. To check availability or reserve a room less than 48 hours in advance, call the library at (765) 482-3460.
Meeting Rooms are available during library hours:
Monday-Thursday – 9:30am-7:30pm
Friday – 9:30am-5:30pm
Saturday – 9:30am-1:30pm
