This activity is a wonderful tool in developing your children’s life long love of reading. We follow the five Every Child Ready to Read tips that help kids prepare to read books all on their own: Reading\, Talking\, Singing\, Writing\, and Playing. \nNo registration is required\, and all ages are welcome! Caregivers are encouraged to participate in our songs\, action rhymes\, and other activities to show the children we are never too old to enjoy a good story time! \nJanuary Themes:\n\nJan 6 & 9 – Get Well\nJan 13 & 16 – Inventions\nJan 20 & 23 – Hats\nJan 27 & 30 – Superheroes\n\nMore Programs\nNew Books

SUMMARY:Preschool Pals
DESCRIPTION:Preschool Pals is a story time and activity presented by the Lebanon Public Library. This educational program is geared for children 4 through 6 years of age ONLY. Each week\, we will work with your child on a letter of the alphabet\, their writing skills\, their socializing abilities\, and their listening skills with peers their own age. The stories and activities follow a theme which changes each week. Activities include teamwork games\, practice with scissors and writing utensils that strengthen hands dexterity\, and a craft they can take home with them. \nCaregivers may drop off their child as long as the caregiver stays in the library.
