Center Township residents
Any resident or property owner in Center Township in Boone County is eligible for a Lebanon Public Library card. Some townships offer contracts for free or reduced cards for non-residents (see below for more details).
Once you come into the library with a valid ID (with current address) we can begin your registration and issue you your new library card. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to apply for a library card.
Replacement cards are free.
Teacher/student card
Students and teachers in schools within Center Township are eligible for this card, allowing you to borrow books from the LPL. Please contact us to request one!
Request Card
To complete your registration, please Bring the Following:
- Valid state driver’s license or ID card
Plus ONE of the following (if your address has changed):
- Valid government-issued ID (military ID, passport, etc.)
- Valid voter registration card
- Recent bank statement
- Recent utility bill
- Tax receipt
Not a Center Township resident?
If you don’t live in Center Township, you might be eligible for a library card through the Thorntown Public Library or the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library in Zionsville. All three libraries use Evergreen Indiana, so your card will work at all of them!
