A parent or legal guardian showing proper identification may register a minor child for an Evergreen Indiana library card.
To get library cards for your children you will need an up-to-date Indiana Drivers License or State ID with a valid address that proves you live in Center Township.
If you do not live in Center Township your children may be eligible for student cards if they live in the boundaries of the Lebanon School Corporation and attend any of the schools in the corporation.
The schools in the Lebanon School Corporation include Central Elementary, Harney Elementary, Hattie B. Stokes Elementary, Perry-Worth Elementary, Lebanon Middle School and the Lebanon High School. Your children will need to be with you at the time of application for their cards.

No, you can request a guest pass. ID is not longer required*. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a guardian permission to use the computers.
The length of time that holds are available for pickup depends on the type of item that has been placed on hold.
- Holds placed on books, magazines, audiobooks, playaway, Music CDs, and videogames will be held for patrons for 7 days. If items are not picked up after 7 days, the items will be placed back into circulation or given to the next patron on the holds list.
- Holds placed on DVD or BluRay will be held for patrons for 3 days. If the items are not picked up after 3 days, the items will be placed back into circulation or given to the next patron on the hold list.
You do not receive a fine if you were unable to pick up the hold while it was available. Items that are not picked up will be placed back into circulation or given to the next patron on the hold list.
All books that you would like to donate to the library can be given to the adult circulation desk on the main floor of the library.
