Postcards: Collection consists mostly of postcards sent to residents of Boone County, dating from the early 20th Century to the 1970s. The description in the index is of the type of card (e.g. Christmas or Birthday) or the image on the front of the card (e.g. Arizona landscape or Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas) and not of the contents of the message. Items are filed in the same order as in the index, except for oversize items, which sit on top in the box. Note: Other postcards featuring images of Boone County scenes are in the Photograph collection.
